Rea Fraser is the President and founder of Strait Up. She has served on the board of non-profit associations that support civic participation in Spain, Canada and Germany, and currently serves as Executive Coordinator for Global Society Institute.
With 30 years of project development experience Rea acts as stategist, international project manager, and project designer.
Virginia Vilches Such is a lawyer, mediator and trainer in conflict resolution skills. She is co-founder of two organizations, “Synergy -Youth International Meeting Point”, and “Mediators of Campo de Gibraltar” as well as a member of the “Mediation Commission” at Cádiz Bar Association.
Virginia trains labor mediators for International University Menendez Pelayo and the Andalusian Council for Labor Relations. She is our mediation, conflict resolution and facilitation content specialist.
Cristina Nieto is a logistics expert, group leader and mediation technician. For 12 years she has maintained Synergy Language Exchange, providing intercultural learning, newcomer support and mentoring to youth. Cristina acts as youth mentor, team leader and logistics specialists on both local and international projects.
